Imitation is the highest form of flattery...

or annoyance. I suppose it's flattering in one way, but the way Faith keeps doing it, it's just annoying!

So. here's the thing. Faith keeps copying every single little thing I do. If I tell Kadyn  something, Faith repeats it. If I want Mcdonalds for lunch, Faith says she wants it too. If I play in my room by myself, Faith barges in. And I can't get her out, because we share the room and it's really her room too!

This is really annoying me, and with everything else that's going on, I'm  losing my patience. I keep trying to have Faith make her own decisions, but it's hard sometimes when she just won't listen. I want her to be her own person, not just a duplicate of me!

Okay, I'm done. Thanks for letting me rant, it made me feel a lot better.

Random thoughts of the day

I really want to get out of the house. Go somewhere. Shake off this tiredness. I don't care where we go, be it park, library, a little errand running, or just some shopping for fun, just get me out of here!

My birthday is in 3 weeks. Yay for turning 12!

On another birthday note, I don't know what sort of cake I should have. I want some sort of weather cake, but Mom already did a tornado cake for me and I have no new ideas. Oh well, at least I've got a little while to figure it out.

I hope to get some good severe weather pictures soon. The problem is, every time there's severe weather, it's nowhere near us! *Sigh* I did get some pictures of those amazing towering cumulus yesterday!

Mom's foot got hurt a couple weeks ago when a door swung into it. She went to the doctor, and he said that the covering over her tendon was probably shattered. She had to ice it and not be on her feet for more than 2 hours a day. This morning she went to visit the doctor again, and he said Mom was babying it too much! They pushed her time she could spend walking to 4 hours a day and switched her to a different kind of medicine, "just to see what happens." Seriously, what kind of a doctor are you?

I have a little bit of a sore throat, just enough to have that sick sort of feeling you get. I really need to drink some water or milk, not just sit here on the laptop.

I will post some of my cloud pictures later. They are really cool!

HAPPY EASTER!

Happy Easter, everybody! I had a wonderful time with everyone  at church, opening Easter baskets, finding Easter eggs, and eating a wonderful dinner-lunch(thanks, Gram!). I hope you all had a good time with your families!

The Easter Eggsperience

Every year our church has an Easter Eggsperience, which is this huge thing with petting zoos, egg hunts, bounce houses, carnival games, and a special Easter Path which takes you through the Easter story, letting you really experience it for yourself. We got to go, and it was a blast! First we went through the egg hunt, which was on the playground. You could collect a dozen eggs, and if you found one of the special prizes, ( a Barbie doll or a chocolate bunny) you could keep it.  I took Kadyn through, and she loved it. Next I took Kadyn to the petting zoo, which had baby goats, chickens, giant bunnies, a llama, and a little pony. Kadyn loved petting all the animals! After that Maverick and I went to the other petting zoo by ourselves. That one had little bunnies, guinea pigs, chickens, really tiny baby goats, a baby cow, a llama, and some bigger goats. Then we went up to the bounce houses.  We went on the obstacle course and the slide. Next we went to the carnival games. We did a bean bag toss, a fishing game, a bowling game, a Tiddly-winks game, and a spin-the-wheel game. After that we went through the Easter Path, which was very cool. There were all these different rooms where you did all this stuff. Then we met up with Gram and Pappy, then we went back to their house. It was quite fun, and I hope we can go back next year!

Tornado Outbreak

Yesterday there was a tornado outbreak here in North Texas. I saw on The Weather Channel that there were 14 confirmed tornadoes, with at least 3 of these major. One hit Arlington, severely damaging houses and also tearing through a truck yard (you can see the video of that, just go to weather.com). Another tornado went through Lancaster and damaged houses. The other tornado was in Kennedale and hit houses there. The damage was pretty severe everywhere, with houses crumbling and cars overturned. One house's top floor was completely sheared off, with only a little bit of debris left. Luckily, the worst of the storms went east of us so we only got a little of rain, thunder, and lightning. I looked at the radar and saw that the storms were kind of going near us and told Mom, who said we should keep an eye on it so we could go in the closet if we needed to. The storms got closer, and Mom said we should turn off the lights and go in her room just in case. Kannon was very scared, and I was a little scared too, but I did my best to remain calm so I didn't scare him more. The tornado sirens went off a little before it started raining, but they turned off after just a couple minutes. We stayed in Mom and Dad's room and watched the news. The middle three were pretty scared and went in the closet while Mom and I stayed out to watch the TV. We saw that the worst of the storms were going toward Dad, who was working in Plano. We were a little worried, so Mom called Dad to make sure he knew about the storms. Everyone was texting Mom to make sure we were okay, having been watching the news and seen the tornadoes. Mom texted them back to let them know we were okay. I saw the two worst storms were supercells with well-defined hook echoes, which are a hook-shaped appendage on a storm that usually indicates strong rotation and a possibility for tornadic development. We continued to monitor the storms and keep Dad informed. For a while, Plano was sandwiched in between the two storms until the one to the west started moving north-west. Fortunately, Plano didn't get hit very hard so Dad was fine. It was raining very hard there for a while, though. When the worst of the storms had passed, we came back out of Mom and Dad's room and waited for Dad to get home so he could take me to dance, because unfortunately Mom was sick and she couldn't take me. I ended up missing tap, but I made it to the rest of my classes.
Unfortunately, I didn't get any cool weather pictures. There were some cool mammatus clouds after everything was gone, but I was going to dance at the time so I couldn't take a picture. After dance, the whole sky was this brilliant yellow. I wish I could have gotten a picture of it, but I was way too tired to get one. I'm just glad I got to see it. I hope everyone was safe during the storms!

Another Injury

Yesterday we had another injury. Kannon hit his teeth on the metal ring on the outside of the trampoline. Dad had moved the trampolines right next to each other on Saturday so he could mow, and we were playing tag and bouncing from trampoline to trampoline to evade each other. Maverick was it, and he pushed Kannon from behind to try to tag him at the same time Kannon was jumping to the other trampoline. He hit his teeth and started screaming and ran inside, holding his shirt to his mouth. Maverick and I followed, trying to calm him down. Kannon ran into the kitchen. I grabbed a paper towel and pushed it into his hands, then ran to get Mom. She was just about to give Kadyn a bath and hadn't heard Kannon's screams over the running water. I told her what happened, and she immediately went to go look at him while I took care of Kadyn. Mom came back with Kannon moments later, Maverick and Faith close behind them. Mom managed to calm Kannon down enough for him to let her look at his teeth, and what she saw wasn't good. He had jammed his teeth up into his gums. Mom called Dad and sat Kannon down on the couch. She then called Gram and Pappy, who were there in minutes. Gram and Mom took Kannon to the Flower Mound place while Pappy stayed and watched us. About 45 minutes later, Pappy got a text from Dad saying that they still hadn't gotten in to have Kannon's teeth checked, it was too busy. Dad needed us to pack a tote bag with some books and toys to keep Kannon occupied while he was waiting to be seen. We packed a bag with books, his notebook, his froggy, and some cars for him to play with. Dad went back up to the hospital to give Kannon the bag. We went to bed soon after. Kannon didn't end up getting home until after midnight.
Today, Mom and Dad looked for a dentist they could take Kannon to. They found one that looked good, and Dad went up with Kannon for his appointment. They came home with good news. Kannon had pushed his baby teeth up into his gums, with no damage to his permanent teeth. He didn't have to have surgery. His baby teeth would come out on their own. He just has to eat soft things for a while to keep his teeth from hurting.
So, (thank goodness) this injury wasn't as bad as it could be!

Stuff

I was thinking about writing something and I decided to write a random thought post, because I have a lot of random thoughts circling around in my head. Here a just a few of them.

... I really wanted to go to Six Flags on the homeschool day they are having, but it turns out I will have a dance thing that day. It's the day before my birthday, too, and going to Six Flags would be an awesome way to celebrate. *Sigh*

... It feels like the year has just barely started and Easter is in a few weeks. Where did the time go?

... Here's some pictures of the beautiful sunset I saw last night.

... I'm hoping for some good storms soon. I always love all the thunder and lightning and wind and hail and the way the clouds look so cool. I hope to get some great cloud pictures by the time this storm season is over!

... I've been keeping my room clean for about a week and a half now. Not just the floor, but also the closet and my bed and the dressers. It's really nice! It makes me actually want to hang out in my room now.

... I need some money. I work at Gram's house for money, which is nice because it pays well and I can do it pretty much whenever I want. But some extra money is never a bad thing! Good thing my birthday is just around the corner.

That's all for the random thoughts. Hope you enjoyed! :)

Rainy Days

Well, it has been 3 days and it's still raining. It stopped yesterday, but then it started again. Don't get me wrong, I love rain. It provides some interesting meteorological opportunities. You can make a rain gauge and find out exactly how much rain has fallen, or you can be lazy and just find out on the internet. I do like having The Weather Channel, though, because I can write in my weather journal what it's like outside without too much difficulty. Like right now, it's:

55 degrees
Winds from SSE at 19 mph
Humidity: 78%

And all that jazz. I quite like doing meteorological stuff, because I want to be a meteorologist when I grow up. So, I'm getting some good practice now.
That's all for right now. Hope you enjoyed my random post!

Some Pictures of Clouds

Hi! I was looking through my pictures the other day and saw some cloud pictures I thought I would share with you.
So, here they are.

This picture I took on 9/18/11. Storms were erupting late in the day and this one happened to look like Pink Panther's head.

This is a picture of some mammatus clouds I saw on 5/23/11.

This is what I believe to be a leading edge of either a front or just a thunderstorm on 5/23/11.

These are some awesome wavy clouds I saw on 5/23/11.

Some really cool pictures of a thunderstorm on 5/24/11.

Thunderstorm with dark clouds behind it on 5/24/11.

I guess these aren't technically pictures of clouds (unless you count the ones in the background) but it sure is a pretty rainbow.

Well, that's all for now. There's supposed to be some severe weather later today, so maybe there will be more pictures tomorrow. Hope you enjoyed these pictures!

Finally, It's November!

Yes! I'm so glad November is finally here! There are so many good things about November. We get this beautiful cooler weather, which helps to make up for that dreadful summer we had. Then there's DR, the dance convention that I go to every year, and it's awesome! We dance all day, and we're very tired after it's all over, but it's a blast. Another good thing about November is that both Mom and Dad's birthdays come along. I always like picking out a small gift for both of them. There's also the fact that my cousins are coming down for Thanksgiving! It'll be so much fun playing with them. The last, and one of the most important things, is Thanksgiving! I love all the good food we get to eat. My favorite Thanksgiving food is probably the rolls. Delicious! I can't wait for all the fun things in November! :)

Random Thoughts

I haven't really had much to post about. So, when I was reading Gram's blog, I saw a post that was just random thoughts. That seemed like a very good idea, so here are my somewhat random thoughts.

Yesterday was Faith's birthday. I can't believe she is five! We had a fun time swimming with Riley and eating cake and opening presents. Riley and I made the cake almost all by ourselves, with some help from Maverick and Mom. It was a chocolate and marble cake with Phineas and Ferb and flowers on it. I think it looked pretty good, and it tasted even better.

I went to Six Flags a couple of weeks ago with my middle school group at IBC. We went on the Tony Hawk, the Aquaman Splashdown, the Gunslinger, the mini mine train, the Shock Wave, and Crazy Legs. It was really fun, and I got a pink Superman cape that lights up!

On Tuesday Riley is going to sleep over at our house. I am really looking forward to this!

I don't seem to mind this heat as much as everyone else does. I mean, it's hot when you first get in the car, and when you go on a black trampoline that sucks up heat like a vacuum, but if you're just standing outside it's really not too bad.

Dad and Mom are both sick. Dad has a sore throat and Mom has congestion and just doesn't feel good, plus she has a nerve that got irritated and swollen in her right hand, and she had to wear a hot and sweaty brace for two weeks.

It's hard to imagine that first it's going to be Halloween, then Christmas, then a bunch of other stuff and then it'll all happen and sometime in that whirlwind I am going to be 12, and then 13! If you really think about it time goes so fast.

Well, I guess that's it. Stay tuned for more random thoughts.

Funny Things, Weird Things, Etc. Vol. 7

I have more funny things, weird things, etc! Here they are.....

....On Friday I was coming out of Mom and Dad's room because I had to ask a question and I slammed my toe into the doorframe really hard. It hurt really bad and it didn't stop hurting until half and hour later. I think I broke it, but it didn't hurt as bad as I expected. It hurt bad, but not excruciating pain.

....Maverick lost two teeth in two days. The first day, he was walking out of his bedroom and pulled on it a little tiny bit, and it came out. The next day he got punched in the mouth twice and kicked in the mouth once(both on accident) and he pulled on it a little bit and it came out. That's never happened to me!

....Once I was eating lunch and I felt on of my teeth and it was loose. I noticed it was pretty loose and I wondered how I didn't notice it before. That same day I was eating a Tootsie Roll and my tooth came out in it! I bled a lot. That is a fast losing of a tooth!

....At my first spring recital I was getting ready to go on stage when I realized I forgot my costume! Dad went home really fast to get my costume and we tried to make a makeshift costume. Luckily, Dad got the costumes here before we had to go on stage. It was kind of scary!

Well, that's all I have for now. See you later with more! :)

SNOW!!!!!!

Yesterday it snowed! It was really fun playing in it. The night before we had slept in the boys room and Maverick woke me up. I asked what was up and he said it was snowing! He pulled back the curtain on the window and I saw the snowflakes falling down. Then we went out and looked out the kitchen window. It was snowing really hard, and there was already a bunch of snow on the ground. We ate breakfast and kept an eye on the snow (we left the blinds open) and afterwards we started getting ready to go to Gram & Pappy's house to play in the snow. Grandmommy and Grandpappy were there, because they are going to be here for almost the full month of February! I got 3 shirts on, tights, jeans, long socks, my coat, and my gloves and hat. It took a little while to get ready to go, because we had to find a hat and gloves for everybody and the hot water for Mom's shower ran out so she had to wait for a little to get in the shower. When we went to get in the car Maverick brought the yardstick so we could measure the snow. It was 5 inches deep! Before we could leave, Dad had to brush the snow off the van. He did the car, too. When we got to Gram & Pappy's house, we took off our coats, gloves, and hats. Grandpappy gave us some yummy candy and then we talked for a little bit. After that we put our stuff back on and went outside. Dad got his boogie board out of the garage to use as a sled. He pulled us around on the snow. It was really fun! We threw snowballs at each other too. I got Maverick good. After that we went to the front. We couldn't go through the gate because it was frozen shut, so Dad lifted us over. Then Dad pulled us more on the sled. It was super fun! Then we went back to the house because Kannon and Faith were getting cold. Mom came out and then me, Mom, Dad, and Maverick went on a walk. Me and Maverick took turns pulling the sled. Maverick ran ahead when I was pulling it. The road was still covered with ice, so we had to be careful. Mom slipped twice, once on the snow, and once on the ice. It was funny! We passed a church and some people were in the field next to it. They had a four-wheeler and someone would drive the four-wheeler and they would pull someone else on a sled. It looked fun. Then we came to the school and we played on the playground out front. It had cool ladders on it and cool monkey bars. Then we went around to the back and played on the playground back there. They had taken out the one back there and put in a new one. It was really cool! They had cool ladders, like a regular one that twisted, and one that was a zig zag. It had a cool swing, too. It was like a roller coaster seat, and if you didn't know, babies would sit in it normally. But this one was a lot bigger, and it even held me! It was really comfortable. It had a harness like on a roller coaster. Dad pushed me in it. It was really fun! Then we threw snowballs at each other. On the way we threw a bunch of snowballs at each other. When we got back we were soaked! Gram made some delicious hot chocolate and we had cheese and crackers for lunch. We stayed inside for a little, then we took Kadyn out. She loved eating the snow, but her hands got cold because she didn't have gloves on. Mom found some gloves and put them on her, so she was warm again. Dad pulled me and Kadyn on the sled. She liked it. Then he pulled the others while I stayed with Kadyn. She was eating a lot of snow. After that we went back inside and warmed up. We had dinner later. Then we went home. It was a great snow day! :)

Dance Class

Hello! I haven't been on here in a while, so it's good to be back. I'm gonna tell you about my dance. I got into Training Company in the summer, and I've been in ever since dance started last September. I love it so much. All the girls are so friendly there, and they are all nice and funny. I also really like the teachers, I've known some of them from the years before but I have on that is new and she's really good too. I do ballet and jazz for Training and I do tap because I want to. I really like being in Training Company because everyone accepts me and I get to do what I like to do best: dance! I've gotten to preform at a nursing home and at another place where there were booths and stuff that you could visit and buy stuff at. It was really fun. I also got to do the Christmas show at my dance. The parents all sat in part of the room with the dividing wall and we preformed in the other part. I love being in Training Company, and I'm excited to see if we will get any new people in Training later when tryouts start. I'm really excited to start our recital dances for the spring recital. The theme is stories, like the company production is Wizard of Oz. Well, that's all for now. Bye! :)

Tornado Stories

I've been thinking about when the tornado alarms went off lately, probably because it has been so stormy and cloudy. I'm gonna tell you about when the tornado alarms have gone off in my life, which is four times. On some stories I will have Maverick's story, too. Here we go.....

Story #1: The first time I remember the tornado alarms going off is when I was at dance class(at the old studio) when I was probably about 7 or 8. I was getting ready for dance class when someone said for us to go in the back, and somehow I learned that someone outside had heard them. So everybody was in the back of the studio and I was really scared. Mom said "It's all right! Look, this guy has the weather on his laptop." So we looked at the weather and I can't remember what was there. After a little while we went out and somehow I heard that a tornado did touch down a few blocks away, I think. Scary!

Story #2: The second time the tornado alarms went off that I remember was when it was close to my birthday and Maverick, Kannon, Faith, and Mom had gone to Target to birthday shop and me and Dad were at the house, and all the lights were off and we were watching the news. I remember seeing a house that was flooded almost all the way up to the porch, and a news reporter standing in some really high wind, and there might have been some lighting or something behind him. Then Dad heard something and he said that the tornado alarms were going off. He went to look out the windows and I went with him cause I was scared, and I really didn't want to. Then Dad grabbed a flashlight and his book, and I think some pillows, and I grabbed my book and all the stuff off my bed. We went in the closet for a little while and read our books until Dad said we could go out. A little while later I think the others got here, and we talked about what had happened.Maverick told me his story, which you can see below. It was pretty scary, but not as scary as last time.
Maverick's story: He was at Target and he found something I might like for my birthday, so he put it in the cart and they moved on. Then a person on the speaker said something, and Mom said they needed to go to the back of the store. Maverick asked why, and Mom said that the tornado alarms were going off. When they got back there Faith said she had to go to the bathroom. So they went to the bathroom that was at the back of the store and then they went back. After a while the people at the speakers said that they could finish shopping now, so they did that and then came. home. It must have been scary.

Story #3: The next time they went off was really weird. Mom woke me up and said the tornado alarms were going off, so I grabbed all my stuff and went to the closet. The funny thing was, only me, Kannon, Mom, and Dad were awake. Kannon was still tired, but I was wide awake and scared. Nobody came back there with us, so I went out to see what was going on. Dad was sitting at the computer looking at the radar, and I can't remember what Mom was doing. After a little bit we went back to bed. It was really weird.

Story #4: The last time the tornado alarms went off was probably the scariest one out of them all. Miss April was watching us and I was roller skating in the garage when I heard this weird sound. I went in to ask what it was and Miss April said "I don't know, what sound?" So I went back into the garage, but I was scared and didn't really want to be in there. We had made some muffins and they were cooking in the oven and when Miss April said they were done I took off my roller skates really fast because I didn't want to be in there and hear the sound. We started eating our muffins and Miss April went out front. Apparently she heard the sound and called her mom to find out what it was, and it was the tornado alarms. She came in and told us, "Eat your muffins, guys." I was still scared, and I said, "But Miss April, what was that noise?" She said, "It was nothing. Eat your muffin." Then I asked, "Miss April, can we go in the closet?" And then we looked out the window next to the table and the wind blew the trees so hard they were parallel to the ground. Miss April said, "Yeah, we can go in the closet." So I went and got my stuff and then got in the bathroom to go in the closet, and as soon as I stepped in the bathroom, the power went out. The little ones were in the closet and Miss April and I went to look for flashlights. We finally found some and Miss April told me to get some books to read to the little ones so they wouldn't be scared. I really didn't want to but I did anyway. When I was back there I looked out the window and it was SUPER DUPER black. It was the blackest black out of all the blackest blacks. I got my book too and went back in the closet. Miss April read the books to the little ones and I read my book. We spent probably two hours in there. A few times me or Maverick had to go to the bathroom, and it was kind of scary going out. Kannon fell asleep on his pillow, and I think Faith fell asleep too. After a while we came out. I expected it to be really late when we came out, but it was just 8:00. We went in the closet at 6:00. We came out and ate our muffins while Miss April lit some candles. After we were done Miss April asked if we wanted to sleep in our rooms or in the living room, and everyone said living room. Maverick wanted to play the Playstation but the power was still out so he played either the Vsmile or the Leapster. I didn't think I would fall asleep, but I did. When I woke up the power was back on and Mom and Dad were sitting at the table with Miss April and Maverick. I layed there for a minute then got up and went to the kitchen. Mom and Dad were telling about what had happened at work when the tornado alarms went off. Mom said that the person on the speaker said to go to the back of the store and everyone went to the front to look out the window. She said that the sky was the blackest black she had ever seen. I can't remember what Dad said. It was very scary and I was more scared then I had been in a very long time. Maverick was scared too, but he did a good job not panicking. See his story below.
Maverick's story: It starts out the same way as mine except he was watching Phineas and Ferb. When he got into the closet the power went out. He and the little ones stayed in the closet while me and Miss April looked for flashlights. The little ones were scared so he went under the blankets with them until we came back. He listened to the books Miss April read and went to the bathroom a few times. When he came out he wanted to play something, but as you know the power was still out, so he played a handheld game. He didn't fall asleep at all. He did a good job of being brave and helping the little ones not be so scared. He just didn't seem as scared as I was, but you could still tell he was scared. It's like nothing scares him.

Well, that's it for now. There will probably be more stories in a little while. I hope you enjoyed these frightening stories!

Six Flags Again!

Yesterday we went to Six Flags again. It was lots of fun!Dad's friend Miss Dana watched Kadyn while we were gone. On the way there we looked at our new dinosaur books and played a game with dinosaurs in it. When we got there the line was really long because it just opened when we got there. When we got into the park the first thing we rode was the carousel. It was fun. Then we went on the El Sombrero. It's this thing that looks like a hat and it has seats on the outside and it spins you up and down tilting. Then we went on the big teacups with Dad. He made us spin so fast, it was like we were glued to the wall! Next we went on the Conqusidator, the pirate ship that swings you pretty high. It was a little scary. Next we went on the La Vibora, a roller coaster that doesn't have a 'track'. It was awesome!! It is my new favorite! Next we went on the El Asserado, a 'log' ride where you get in the log car and go around a track and then you go down a small hill and get splashed. It was fun! Then we went to get some drinks because it was hot and we were thirsty. Next Dad made me go on the.....drum roll......Titan! It took forever to go through the line. The first hill was really scary, but after the sideways turn it was alright. Next we went on the Oil Derrick, a really tall thing that had a cool elevator. It was really tall, taller than the Superman! You could see everything from up there! Next we went on the Roaring Rapids. You sit in this round thing and you go through a track. When we went on it, me, Maverick, Mom, and Kannon all got soaked. Kannon got soaked the most! Next we went on the Mine Trains, the big one first and the little one second. They were fun! Next we went on the Gunslinger, the bigger swings. Next Dad made me go on the.........drum roll........Mr. Freeze! That's even worse than the Titan. The line took forever and I felt a little sick. Dad said it was because of nerves. When we finally got in I was scared a lot. It accelerated really fast, and the ride was over really fast. It was okay. Next the boys went on Tony Hawk's Big Spin and me and Faith went on the Cloud Bouncer. When we went on it we were all by ourselfs. Then we went over to the Big Spin and saw the boys and Dad going on it. Then Maverick was going to go on an upside down one but he was too short, so instead we went on the Aquaman Splashdown. You went up a hill and then you went down one and made a big splash and got drenched. We went on the bridge and got soaked again by the next one that went. Then we walked a little bit and then we went on the Conqistador again. When it stopped the girl who ran it asked if we wanted to go again, and of course we said yes! It was great both times. After that we had to go because it was closing. When we got to the car Dad gave us some water. It tasted delicious! When we got home Miss Dana was watching TV and when she left I turned to Blue Planet. We ate dinner in front of the front door and watched it. Then after dinner we turned to Zack and Cody and had Nutty Bars for dessert. It was lots of fun at Six Flags! :)

SIX FLAGS!

For my birthday this year I got the best gift ever........(drum roll)......A SIX FLAGS SEASON PASS! We went on Mother's Day and we had a blast. We parked right in front of the Titan(a REALLY big roller coaster)and we saw some people go on it. We brought Miss Gayle with us but she had to wait outside while we picked up our season passes. They looked like credit cards, but they had our pictures and our names on them. Cool, huh? Then the rest of us waited while Dad went to get Miss Gayle. It took a while because the stroller line was really long. When they got back we got started. The first ride we went on is the merry-go-round because it is right in front of you when you walk into the park. I went on an up-and-down horse. It was really fun! Next we went on some little trucks that went around a little track and at the end there was a mini-waterfall. Next we went on a bus that spun around and around up high. I went on that with Kannon(because on some of the rides I have to fudge by going with Kannon or Faith)Next we went to another part that was close by. We went on the teacups there. When we were spinning Kannon hit his head on the rim of the teacup and we had to stop it. After that we went on a mini-roller coaster that was really fun. Then we went on a hot air balloon Ferris wheel. That was fun too. Then we went on a kind of mini Superman that was fun, too. Then we had a potty break. Then we went on some airplanes that spun you in a circle and you could press a button to make it go up or down. Next we went on the Cloud Bouncer, hot air balloons that you could spin and they went high up. Then we went on Tony Hawk's Big Spin. The line was really long! Once we finally got there we got in the car and it started up. It was a blast, and it spun more than anybody else's because Dad went with us and he unbalanced it a little and that made it spin more. It was over really fast, and when we stopped we were still spinning! Maverick loved it and he wanted to go again! Next we were all hungry, so we went to eat at Johnny Rockets. Then we had a potty break and then we went on Crazy Legs. It had these cars and they were attached to the web things and it spun you around and lifted you up. It was really fun! Next we went on the parachutes. They were these little seats with a fake parachute attached to them and they lifted you up so you could see all over the park and then they dropped you down. Next we went on the Judge Roy Scream, my favorite ride overall. It 's not as scary as the other real roller coasters and it's really fun. Maverick rode on it by himself! Well, we were on the same train thing, but there was no one riding next to him. Next we did the Batwing, a ride kind of like the airplanes were you could go up and down at your will. Next me, Mom, and Dad went on the Batman(me against my will). There was no line until we got to were we got onto the 'cars'(it was a hanging coaster). I was scared, but I wasn't panicking. I closed my eyes the whole time! Next we went on the Gunslinger, this big thing that swings you around and up. It was lots of fun! Next we went on the mine trains. The first one was for little kids, and I went with Faith on it. It was a lot of fun. The other one was the real one and it was a lot of fun, too. Then I went on the Batman again with Miss Gayle and Dad. It wasn't as scary this time, for some reason. I guess because I knew what would happen, sort of. Afterwards I felt a little sick. Then we went on the mini mine train again. It was fun. Then Mom and Miss Gayle took me on the Superman(I did not say I wanted to!)If I would have panicked, it would have been then, but I didn't. Once we got in, I was really, really scared! The first time it dropped, I tried to scream but somehow I couldn't! The second time I lost my voice half-way though. When we were getting off, I couldn't undo the latch and I was scared it would take off again. Thankfully, Mom got it for me. It was raining when we were going and I didn't feel it at all! Next we went to the Conqusitator, a rocking pirate ship that went back and forth pretty high, but not that high. It was fun. Then it was time to leave. It was raining a little hard when we were leaving, and our car was pretty far away. Luckily we didn't get too wet! On the way home I didn't feel very good. When we stopped at the gas station for drinks I stepped out to get some fresh air. It felt very good! I had to go to the bathroom and when I got back Dad had a frappicino for me. I was to thankful to say! When we stopped at Sonic to get some dinner, I didn't get anything and Faith was asleep. When we got home I went to my room and after a while I got my jammies on. My bed never felt better........except on other long and action-packed days. Much fun was had! Can't wait for the next visit! (By the way, it's a good thing Dad didn't get me on Mr. Freeze!) :)

Miss Galye

Miss Gayle is a girl from Pennsylvania and she came down to help Mom out with the new baby(Kadyn!). She has taken us to a lot of places that we couldn't have got to go to without her because Mom was busy with Kadyn. Miss Gayle has done a lot of cool things, too. I will tell you about that when I'm done telling about other stuff. Ready?

Places Miss Gayle has taken us(and things she has done with us)

She has taken us to BOTH parks by our house, which is great because we had not been to the park in a long time and we really wanted to. At the light blue park we dis coved that we could slide down the two long bars coming down from the top. She has also made muffins, which were really good, pretzels, which were delicious, and she has played outside with us a lot and taught us fun games, and we've taught her some games, too. She has taken us to a park that I really wanted to go to and we went on a walk in the woods and there was a concrete trail and then there were a lot of trails that were just trails that went actually into the woods and we went on some of them. One went onto another concrete trail and when we came off of that one I saw a squirrel and we walked really close to it. Another took us to a little stream with a pipe going across it. We went down a little slide thing and walked across the pipe. You cold see minnows from the pipe. They were cute. :) We would have walked all the way down the stream but Mom was holding Kadyn so we couldn't do that. When we went back I saw another squirrel in the brush. Maverick went ahead of us and he told me he heard something moving a lot in the brush, but when I got there I couldn't see or hear anything. It was fun!

Things Miss Gayle has done

Miss Gayle's family makes their own bread from scratch! They by a big bag of some kind of yeast and they grind it up and use it to make bread. That's cool. Miss Gayle has been to Hershey Park and everywhere in Washington, D. C. I want to go there, too! She has a dog and from the pictures he's really cute. I want a dog! :)

That's all for now. See you later! :)

All The Stuff That's Happend

Well, it's been forever since I wrote a post or even been on here. This post is going to be very long because it will have all the important stuff that has happened while I was gone. Here we go.......

.......Miss Kadyn Amani was born on Christmas Eve! I was there the whole time. When she was born, it was like a dream. I was thinking, "Is this really real?":) She was a small baby,(I can't remember the details) Mommy thought she would be bigger. She is now almost three months old and very cute!

........Maverick's room looks awsome! His closet is twice as big as mine and his actual room is pretty big, too. It's kind of crowded in the blue room, but still fun to play in!

........On Friday, February 12, I got my ears pierced. It was kind of scary! At first I was afraid to turn my head, and the first night I was afraid to roll onto my side. But now it is four weeks and two days and I can do those things just fine. This morning I noticed the right one seemed kind of funny, and white stuff came out. Hopefully it will get better!

.........Yesterday Kannon hurt his neck really bad. Apparently he was hanging on a rope to try and reach something and it cut him on his neck. It looked really bad(it still does) and he was crying for awhile. Gram and Pappy came over and Mom and Gram took him to the doctor while Pappy watched us. We were supposed to go to the park but didn't get to because Kannon was hurt. :( He is fine now, even though the cuts are still there.(Oh yeah. he had cuts on his face near his ears, too.)

.........We have started going to church on Thursdays and every other Wednesday. It's fun. Dance class is good, too. I take tap and ballet. Miss Amy is my tap teacher and Miss Jennifer is my ballet teacher. I can't figure out who I like better!

Well, that's all I can think of for now. By the way, did I tell you I'm having a fashion show today? More later! :)
